Shipping and delivery
This is a pre-order. It ships within 30 days of the day you order, or you get a full refund.
Ordering in-stock items with it? We ship everything together. Want them sooner? Message us and we'll send them ahead.
Once it ships, Standard delivery is free and takes 5 to 7 days. Express is ₹99 and takes 3 to 5 days.
Payment
We accept prepaid orders only, through Razorpay: UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. We don't offer cash on delivery.
Cash orders are often refused at the door and travel back and forth between couriers, and that cost ends up in everyone's prices. Prepaid keeps our prices lower and gets your order out faster.

The Helio Strap Pro is a two-sensor system for HYROX and hybrid training. One sensor sits on your arm and reads heart rate. The second clips to your waist and tracks how your core moves: position, stability and movement quality at each station.
The arm sensor also works on its own as a screenless tracker, with heart rate, sleep stages, HRV and recovery in the free Zepp App, and no subscription. The waist sensor works in HYROX Race and HYROX Simulation modes, and needs an Amazfit Balance 3 or Balance Ultra watch at launch.

Helio Strap Pro
Your heart rate shows how hard you worked. The waist sensor shows how well you moved.
The arm sensor tracks effort, sleep and recovery. The waist sensor follows your core through every HYROX station, so you can see where your form starts to slip as fatigue builds.
One system, three jobs
01
Training
50+ sports modes, 8 HYROX events and 25 strength exercises counted for you, reps and sets included.
02
Movement
The waist sensor reads stability, form and muscle load, so a hard session and a sloppy one stop looking the same.
03
Recovery
Sleep stages, HRV and HybridCharge tell you each morning whether to push or hold back.
Built for HYROX
All 8 stations, analysed.
Pair it with an Amazfit Balance 3 or Balance Ultra and start HYROX Race or Simulation mode. Each station gets its own movement and effort breakdown.

- 02Sled push
- 03Sled pull

Wear it your way
Everyday wear and sleep, on the nylon wristband.
Training. Closer to the heart and away from a flexing wrist, so readings stay steadier through grip-heavy work.
The second sensor on its silicone clip, for HYROX sessions.
Works with what you use
Broadcast live heart rate to watches, gym machines and bike computers. Your sessions sync from the Zepp App, with no subscription.

- Phone: Android 8.0 or iOS 17.0 and above.
- This is a pre-order. It ships within 30 days of the day you order, or you get a full refund.
