Shipping policy

Here's how we handle shipping at Lynk Crafts.

Where we ship from

All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment location in Gurgaon, Haryana, where our business is also registered.

Where we ship to

We ship across India. International shipping isn't available yet.

Processing time

Orders are processed every morning and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number by email and WhatsApp as soon as your package is on its way.

Delivery time

Standard transit time is 5–7 business days across India. Weather, public holidays, and courier delays can occasionally add a day or two.

Shipping options and charges

Standard shipping: Free on all orders, anywhere in India. Transit time 5–7 business days.

Express shipping: Flat Rs. 99, available at checkout. Express orders are prioritized and typically arrive faster, usually within 3–5 business days. Please note that express speeds depend on the courier and are not guaranteed. Paying for express prioritizes your shipment but does not guarantee a fixed delivery date, as final delivery timelines are determined by the courier.

Preferred courier requests: If you'd like us to ship through a specific courier or a premium service of your choice, reach out to us before ordering so we can confirm whether it's possible and share any additional charges. Once you've placed the order, send us the confirmed details and we'll do our best to ship accordingly.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp as soon as your package ships. If tracking doesn't arrive within 2 business days of placing your order, email support@lynkcrafts.com and we'll follow up.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the actual courier charges incurred will be deducted from any refund, and re-delivery will require a fresh shipping charge.

Refused deliveries

If a shipment is refused at delivery and returned to us, the actual forward and return courier charges incurred will be deducted from the refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Damaged or missing packages

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the package shows visible damage or anything is missing, email support@lynkcrafts.com within 24 hours with clear photos of the packaging and contents. We'll evaluate and resolve it quickly.
