Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you ordered. Here's how returns work at Lynk Crafts. Please read this before placing an order, as it explains what is and isn't returnable.

What can be returned

Returns are accepted only for items that are unworn, unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase, within 10 days of delivery. Returns for the reasons below are not accepted:

  • Silicone or rubber bands (see below)
  • Whoop 4.0 nylon bands (see below)
  • Made-to-order items (see below)
  • Personal fit or sizing preference (see below)
  • Change of mind after the item has been worn or used

To start an eligible return, email support@lynkcrafts.com. We'll confirm eligibility and share the return address. Do not ship anything back before you receive return authorization from us (see "Unauthorized returns" below).

Silicone and rubber bands: non-returnable

Bands made from silicone or rubber cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered. These materials sit directly against skin, sweat, and moisture, and cannot be hygienically resold. This applies to all silicone sports bands, including those compatible with Whoop 4.0, Whoop 5.0, and the Amazfit Helio Strap.

The only exceptions are a wrong item delivered or an item that arrived damaged. See "Damaged or wrong items" below.

Whoop 4.0 nylon bands: non-returnable

Whoop 4.0 nylon bands are designed to be used with an adapter to hold the Amazfit Helio tracker. This is a workaround setup, not an official fit, so the result can vary depending on your tracker and how you wear it.

Because of this, these bands are non-returnable once delivered. If you're unsure whether this setup will work for you, please reach out to us at support@lynkcrafts.com before ordering and we'll explain exactly how the adapter fit works. Once you've ordered with that understanding, we're unable to accept returns for fit or comfort reasons.

The only exceptions are a wrong item delivered or an item that arrived damaged. See "Damaged or wrong items" below.

Sizing and fit

Every product page lists exact measurements. We recommend measuring your wrist or bicep with a tape, or comparing against a band you already own, before ordering. Because sizing information is provided upfront, we're unable to accept returns for fit-related reasons.

Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, email support@lynkcrafts.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and, where possible, a short video. We'll evaluate and resolve it quickly, usually with a replacement or full refund.

Please note: our products are 3D printed, and faint layer lines or small surface marks are part of the process, not a defect. Each item is inspected before it ships.

Made-to-order items

Some items are 3D printed to order. Because they're made specifically for your order, they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or are the wrong item.

Unauthorized returns

Do not ship any item back to us without first receiving return authorization by email. Packages sent back without prior approval will be refused at delivery and returned to the sender at the sender's cost. We do not process refunds for unauthorized returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an authorized return, we'll confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the amount.

To help us resolve things smoothly, please share clear photos or videos of the item when raising any return or refund request.

If 15 business days have passed since we confirmed approval and you haven't received the refund, email support@lynkcrafts.com and we'll follow up.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to place a fresh order for the one you want. Because most of our bands are non-returnable, we generally don't process manual exchanges. If your item qualifies for a return under this policy, you can return it and order the replacement separately.

Order cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they've been dispatched. If a shipment is refused at delivery and returned to us, both forward and return shipping charges will be deducted from any applicable refund.
