Overview
The Whoop 4.0 HydroKnit Band is built for water, with a tight hydrophobic knit weave and a zinc alloy clasp that locks flush against the wrist.
HydroKnit is the weave built for swimming, showering, and high-sweat training. It dries roughly twice as fast as a standard knit weave and holds about 30% less water, so the band does not sit heavy or damp on the wrist after a session.
The knit still stretches with the wrist through workouts, recovery, and sleep, and sits light enough to forget you're wearing it.
Slot an adapter into the band's tracker pocket and the same band fits the Amazfit Helio tracker. One band, two ecosystems, nothing extra to buy.
