Overview

The Whoop 4.0 Band is built for daily wear, with a woven elastic weave and a zinc alloy clasp that locks flush against the wrist.

A ribbed nylon and spandex blend stretches with the wrist through workouts, recovery, and sleep. The weave breathes through heat and dries fast after a rinse. At 13.6 g, it sits light enough to forget you're wearing it.

Every band ships with a pack of 3 Helio Strap Whoop 4.0 Adapters (V3). Slot an adapter into the band's tracker pocket and the same band fits the Amazfit Helio tracker. One band, two ecosystems, nothing extra to buy.
