Orders under ₹499: ship Standard (5 to 7 days) with a ₹99 small order fee.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and your tracking link is shared once the order ships. Delivery times depend on your pin code.

Please enter a valid Indian mobile number, since the courier calls before delivery. Contact details can't be changed once an order is shipped, and orders can't be cancelled or modified once packed and labelled.

We accept prepaid orders only, through Razorpay: UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. We don't offer cash on delivery.

Cash orders are often refused at the door and travel back and forth between couriers, and that cost ends up in everyone's prices. Prepaid keeps our prices lower and gets your order out faster.

Report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we'll sort it out.

Take the tracker out before cleaning. Hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water, rinse well and let the band air dry, away from direct heat and sunlight.

A quick rinse after sweaty sessions keeps it fresh for longer. Skip washing machines, dryers and harsh chemicals.
