Payment
We accept prepaid orders only, through Razorpay: UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. We don't offer cash on delivery.
Cash orders are often refused at the door and travel back and forth between couriers, and that cost ends up in everyone's prices. Prepaid keeps our prices lower and gets your order out faster.
Damaged or wrong item?
Report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we'll sort it out.
Band care
Take the tracker out before cleaning. Hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water, rinse well and let the band air dry, away from direct heat and sunlight.
A quick rinse after sweaty sessions keeps it fresh for longer. Skip washing machines, dryers and harsh chemicals.
Enter your PIN code to see the estimated delivery time, which may vary with weather and doesn't include pre-orders.
Please enter a valid 6 digit pincode.
The Helio Strap Magnetic Loop Band is built for effortless everyday wear, with a woven nylon weave and a metal alloy magnetic buckle that locks flush against the wrist.
One end carries the magnet, the other a ratcheted track, so getting the perfect fit is a single motion, no notches to count or holes to find. The weave breathes through heat and dries fast after a rinse. At 26 g, it sits light enough to forget you're wearing it.
Built specifically for the Amazfit Helio Strap, this band fits natively, no adapter needed.
Where It Works Best
This band closes with a magnetic latch. It holds firm through normal daily movement, but a sharp snag or pull can open it. We don't recommend it for sleep or workouts, where it can catch on bedding, equipment or clothing and come undone. For daily wear, commutes and outings, it's a great fit.
